At any rate he will make this his headquarters until the return of Dr. and Mrs: A. L. Rich ardson from the East, about five months hence. Mr. and Mrs. Richard son will leave late this month for an extended tour of the United States, and Dr. Underwood will occupy Dr. Richardson's office during the latter's absence. Mrs. Underwood will reach here from New York shortly. Dr. and Mrs. Richardson will route their Journey along the south, touch ing at, the- extretne southern points and then go North to New York where the Doctor will take post graduate work in a New York hospital, special izing on surgery. The petition states three grounds for a rehearing, (1) on the right of a non-relative to testify to a question of relationship; (l) the statements of an administra tor regarding the traditions and fam ily history of the Intestate, and (3) the right of the circuit court to deal with a question of the eschat of per sonal, property.
