Bunk of Commerce Ends Case lu the Supreme Court for Defendant' Word was received yesterday that the Supreme court had handed down a decision In the case of the Bank of Commerce vs., Charles Bertram of North Powder. The bank appealed but was again beaten as the court sustain ed the previous decision of the lower court. The case Involved a property settlement between Cavette and Ber tram, a former partner In the bank. Nels HanBon, a former resident of Cove who last Wednesday was polsln ed by tin poisoning, is improving, and will recoveraccording to Dr. Molltor who returned Wednesday night from a hurried call to Starkey prairie where the man was attacked with Illness.
