While the people are in general are watching with some in terest the action of Judge Henry In appointing a successor to Mr. Brown, there will be no appointment today and probably not until later in the week. It is not necessary for the court to be in session to make this appointment. ' Commissioner J. M. Selder arrived from Cove last evening and today at 9 o'clock, the court convened with Mr. Brown's chair at the table va cant. Justice Stewart to Resign.
