The pipe is eight Inches in diameter and is made in a way to Insure the greatest possible amount of strength. The pipe itself is made up of a three eight-inch strips wound coll fashion, and united in the same coll manner. This makes diagonal strength, which is always more Eecure than circular. The car load now here is unloaded, workmen having unloaded the car this morning. The load came in 15 and 30 foot joints. A tar composition covers the steel inside and out. Help Wanted.
