Knowles this afternoon filed the findings of the, court in the case of Hill vs. Brlggs. ' relative to the waters of McCoy creek. .The court found that both parties to the suit are riparian owners of the waters of the creek, and that during all the year except July, August and September, there la plenty of water for both. Dur ing the months named the plaintiff Is entitled to all the water tn the creek except what Is heeded for the aVandant for atock and domestic purposes, on Thursday, Friday. Sat urday and Sunday. . m : The defendant likewise may use all the water on the other days of the week. In other words, Mr. Hill is en titled to four-sevenths of the water, and Mr. Briggs the remainder. Costs were adjudged to neither party.
