ASSURED THE (STY BY LOCAL JAPANESE COLO Y One of the most unique Fourth of July celebration fire works orders that has taken form since the Pacific coast was habitated. is now rushing across the Pacific to far-off Japan and whn the order is filled and delivered to Frank Mizgouchi of this city via Fresno, Cal.. the strange and. unpre cedented incident will still be without a climax. The order for goods, py rotechnic, which will be shot off dar ing the day and night of July Fourth under the patronago and supervision of the local Japanese ' colony, has been sent and will be here about the middle of June.
