The Newberg high school debating team the champions of the western Oregon teams,, will be here on April 30 to debate with the local high school team. The winners of that contest will then debate with the winners of the Southern . Oregon championship for the state champion ship. . In the coming debate the subject will be that of ship subsidies, the same subject used at Baker City, and Pendleton wil again have the nega tive.
