A score of po litical organizations leave today for Washington to form a personal escort for President Roosevelt after he leav s the captol after the Inauguration of William H. Taft. Roosevelt will take a carriage at the capltol steps, be driven down Delaware avenue, where the organization will await him. A hollow square will be formed with Roosevelt in the center and, led by a band, the column will move to the railway. Following the decision in the Spokane rate case fa voring Spokane, gigantic real estate deals hanging fire for months, were suddenly closed and a big boom Is ex pected.
