Civil au thorities re-enforced by a special squac f deputy sheriffs, went to the ship Aryan today at the request of Captain Whlttler, to arrest the ringleaders in a. mutiny, holding the ship's officer in terror for several months. The trouble has been brewing from the time the ship left Baltimore 174 days ago, because 'the captain would not permit them to go ashore.
