At a meeting of the board of regents of the State uni versity held In this city yerterday, a geneial raise of '25 per cent In the sal nrles of the faculty from Preside Campbell dow n, was voted. Thu most Important lten of business in addition to this was the approval of the recom mendation of the land committee that about 35 more acres of land adjoining the ptvFcnt campus to give the uni versity more room.
