It this occurs the road will be com pletely tied up, blocking transportation of crops. The company officials ap pear unannoyed by these reports. It Is evident that the strikers are re- celvlngfinanclal aid from the con federated unions. General Manager Bury declined . to discuss the report that other trainmen are going to strike. It Is reported that the road will be as sisted by other roads which will loan rolling stock to take the place of that rendered useless by th strike. Referee John Hodgons has Just handed down a decision in the cele brated bankruptcy case of W. R. Id vetto. whero In the Bank of Commerce of Boise, claimed a prior lien to secure their note amounting to $24, SOD, on the sawmill at North Powder. The court held this claim was not entitled to priority rights but must be classed the same as other' creditors with the exception of about $2000.
