fever has left her, and she Is consid

from that place yesterday to visit with
relatives. Mr. Tullls says visiting in

tion at' a summer resort. In fact the
weather Is so delightful here that Mr,
Tullls will probably not return until
September some time.
Harvey Thomas, of Mountalnhomo,
Idaho, who spent yesterday in this
city .with his old-timo schoolmate, C,
M. Humphreys, returned home this
morning. Mr. Humphreys gave him
an opportunity to see a portion of the
valley and after taking a hurried look
Thomas pronounced the Grande Ronde
valley tho most beautiful spot he had
seen in the west. When one knows
that Mr. Thomas ha made a very ex
tended trip through : the western
states, this compliment is Indeed an
honorable one. ' -

working on them only at leisure hours
in the past. In a few weeks there will
be a many subsidiary buildings to the
big mill as Is usually required to house
the ordinary sawmill itself.
