PALMER COMPANY DEPARTMENT n Willi .v . OPtfi SCHOOL AT 8 O'CLOCK Although circus day Is not a holldny In the city schools, still there has been ome provision made by the school management which provides for some time to devote to the coming of the Norrls & Rowe circus tomorrow. Schools will open at 8 o'clock to morrow morning, and without a re cess, will continue without recess until 10:30 o'clock, when dismissal for the the forenoon will be given. This will give the students time to witness the parade. The afternoon session will be as usual. Vacation Is Near. ; Two weeks from tomorrow sees the passing of the school year and the coming of the summer vacation. Re views are the order of the day and during the last week, the final exam inations will be held. ED. BUSSEY itTS SCAT The Sells name has been prominent for years in the show world. With the Sells family once worked many of the present day horsemen of the coun try. The Sells boys' always kept a record of the employes who retired and entered other fields of labor and today that record Is guarded and watched as If It were a Bible. On one page of It Is the name, "Ed Bussey," and opposite the name i written: "One of the best drivers that ever occupied a seat" Then follows the Instruction to see that he gets the best seat In the tent when the Sells show meets up with him. Today Ed received a wire form the enormous Sells-Floto circus telling him that tickets for the best seats had been mailed him and asking that, he drive the band wagon the day the big show Is here, Friday, May 29. "I will sure drive that wagon for old employ ers," says Bussey. HOUSE CHANGES NAME. Sherwood's Electric Theater In Xew Name of Popular Show House. With two especially fine attractions and the remainder of a very high class, the Sherwood Electric theater announces Its change for the rest of this week. "A Modem Sculptress" Is one of those films which are full of magic and hand-painted work. Man ager Sherwood announces It as a fine attraction. "In the Days of Louis XVI" Is also a good attraction. In fact, there Is not a weak film In the set and the theater should enjoy a splendid run the rest of the week. "Just for Tonight" Is a song which Is especially adapted for Mr. Ferrln's voice. . As will be noticed by the house ad. In this Issue, the name of the show house has been changed from the New Electric, to Sherwood's Electric- This will forestall any conflict as to the names of the two houses. In the city. Wo Have It!
