Through Miss Mary Ries Innd, secretary of fhe board of civil service examiners, the department names May 13 as the date for this ex amination. It will be held In La Grande under the secretary's super vision, and the same rules that pre vailed before, both prior to and at the date of examinations, will again be In force. - The application blanks, full infor mation relative to the examination, qualifications, duties, salaries, vaca tions, promotions, etc., can be obtain ed by addressing the secretary.
