Therefore the Eagles will not be the the only 'team In the lodge baseball arena of the city for the Gobblers in clude In their membership some of the fastest young ball tossers of the city. An exhaustive schedule which will no. doubt Include games with Summer ville. Cove, Union, North Powder, the Eagles and several other teams, will be run through during the summer months. It Is noised about that the Elks contemplate patching up an ag gregation, and if they do, there will be a pretty little scramble for the championship of the city. A prac tice game with, the high school , the coming week will pave the way ' for the Gobblers' first appearance one Eagles. This game Is still In the ten tative stage, however. .
