publishing 300.000 copies at a cost of
110.000. These will be distribute
from the publicity bureau In the Ore
gon building. t

this kind has ever been made In the

In accordance with the request of
the postal department, the council hn
taken up the matter of renaming some
of the streets in this city that they
may comply with the requirements ot
the rules governing free mail 'delivery.
The council at its meeting last evening
passed the following resolution, which
will remedy these faults and will also
eliminate several . superfluous street
names which are much better named
as they will be when the resolution
becomes an ordinance, than under the
present confusing system:
