He states he has been in the District of Columbia in hiding- He also declares he was hurried out of the United States In fear of the fate which met Harvey Brown, who was a friend of his, and who knew much the game testimony as he did He affirms that he has been made many tempting offers to return to , Idaho and be ready to testify against Adams, but will not accept them.
