Committees representing the Texas and Louisiana Lumbermen's association met here to day for a conference with the West ern Association of General Freight Agents on lumber rates. One of the DiinclDal subjects for discussion Is the old quarrel as to the two-cent dif ferential discrimination against west ern roads to Ohio river points and the claim for rebates amounting to over 12,000,000.
