Given, guardian of the person and estate of Maggie Giv en, true name Margaret Given, an In sane person, that there Is no personal property belonging to said estate and thnt there Is no cash on hand to de fray the expense for the support and maintenance of said Insane, and that It Is necessary to sell the following described real estate, for the support and maintenance of the said Insane person, to-wlt: All that portion of the' northeast quarter of the north west quarter of section 30, township 4 8., range 40 E. W. M., excepting that portion heretofore deeded to Min nie Ostrander, bounded as commenc ing at the southweet corner of the northeast quarter of the northwest quarter of section 30, township 4 S., range 40 E.
