The past two days the eletcrlc company has been negotiating with the George Palmer Lumber company for the use of their steam plant, but this morning Mr, Housh was Informed ' by the Palmer company that It would be Impossible for them to furnish the power owing to the fact that their mlUwas not running at present and that they had no fuel with which to fire their fur naccs.
