There is evidently going to be a strong fight during the legislature over the bil! to provide for a state railroad commis sion. It all depends upon the rower granted such a commission. If hand -capped like the coinm'ssion we had sev eral years ago. it is practically a waste of money. However, things are changed since then. If the people desire sue i a commission, clothed with ample authority to enforce judicious recommendations turn the iniative, such a law can be pass ed, in case the legis'ature does not.
