Oregon, Dec 29 All ar rangements were completed here today for the formation of a fruit and vegeta ble canning company which will commence operations early next season. The plant of the new company will have a capacity of 30,000 cans per day. It is estimated that in this district last year over 50,000 bushels of tomatoes alone went to waste owing to lack of preserving facilities.
