En route to the asylum the young man grew even more violent than when he was here. Mr. Brisco reported the asylum superintendent's view of th e young man's condition and gave but little encouragement. He said that it had been hie experience with a case of this kind, that when the mania did le them, their physical eonditicn would be completely wrecked, and the nervous strain and shock generally caused instant death. Mr. Brisc feels that hit ton it being well cared for and still entertains hopes that tome day the ton can return to the family.
