Nswlin Dhuo Company Today the deeds whereby the property on the southern corner of Adams avenue and Fir streets became the property of Julius Roesch consisting of the corner lot owned by W. R. Hamilton and the two adjoining lots owned by Q. G. Bunte. Mr. J. L. Mars, the well known hustler has engineered this deal. The consideration is rumored to be $6,400. Mr. Roesch is in Portland but Mr. Mars who is in position to know, statetes that the entire property 90 ft. by 1 10 is to becornored by a two story brick, steam heated ' and modern in every respect. This fall the excavating is to be and the cement cellar and foundation done, everything in readiness for the brick irasons in the early spring. The lower floor is to be occupied hy stores and the upstairs for rooms. The building will cost $35,000. This will add greatly to the general appearances of Adams avenue and marks the expansion of the busines on a large scale to anoter block. The trout were secured thru the effort of Senator Levi Ankeny and will arrive on the 3:40 O. R. & N. train in charge of deputy fish commissioner. This is the third shipment of trout which has been secured for Walla Walla. Ship ments a year ago aggregating 40,000, were made from the the state hatchery on Lake Chelan. Pendleton E. O.
