Moormeister, one of the propietors of the Ott brewery at Enterprise arrived in the city last evening and in speaking of the recent murder is his town said :"Bare's arrest is almost an impossibility. At least by this time. His family Is destitue WILL PlY ON SNAKE Huntingtou Or, June 14 The large flatboat which is to be used in the work on the Snake River at Box Canyon has been completed and is being towed to the scene of her labor. The craft is light draft and is cayable of being opdrated on the many small rivers tributary to the Snake. NEW YORK YACHT CLUB REGATTA (Scripps News Association) New York, June 14 The New York Yacht Club opened its yachting season today and is holding its annual spring re gatta on the Sound. The number of en tries is unusually large and includes some of the fastest boats of this locality, The race is being held over a course off the club station at Glen Cove.
