There are Thanksgiving brunches and traditional Turkey dinners. Some menus include upscale additions like prime rib and others are simply offering the same options as any other day of the year. Here, listed alphabetically, are Sa- lem's restaurants open on Thanksgiving Day, and also places with to-go offerings so you can still enjoy Thanksgiving at home without cooking. Celebrate the holiday with a dec- adent, four-course meal filled with fla- vors of the Willamette Valley. Entrees include heritage turkey, herb-roasted pork loin or albacore tuna. Accompany- ing them will be sides including apple- walnut stuffing, braised garden greens, parker house rolls, and more.
