Florence Thomas
Dies at Her Home
in Rainier

Florence E. Thomas, wife of L. S.
Thomas, City attorney for thin City
died at 12:20 p. m. today. Endi-

death. Mrs. Thomas was the daugh

A delightful supriso party was
given on Miss Helen Iurnn, lost
Saturday evening, by a few of her

re-election to that office. Frank

County for five years and during

Coroner, giving his time and atten

qualified for the position, Iteing a
graduate of the Cincinnati! College
of Sanitary Science, Anatomv and
Embalming. He is a licensed under

Multnomah County before moving
to Rainier. Ho has recently con
structed a morgue at Rainier at a

lic morgue, and has also a branch
undertaking parlor at Clatskanie.

Mrs. O. E. Schroeder, daughter
of Mr. and Mrs. D. A. Elliott,
died at tho home of her parents

failure at 3 o'clock in the morn
ing and expired within a few
