Newspaper Page TextDelinquentTaxList 1910 This advertised list of delinquent taxes for the year 1910 is in pur suance of an act of the State Legis lature, which is embodied in Chap ter 275 of the GENERAL LAWS OF THE 1911 SESSION. The taxes on the following; ad vertised real property became delin quent on the Fourth day of April. 1911, and are subject to" a penalty of 10 per cent and interest at the rate of 12 per cent per annum until they shall have been paid. Any day after the expiration of six months after the taxes charged against the following real property are delinquent, the Sheriff is author ized to issue, to any one applying therefor, a certiticate of delinquency upon payment of the taxes, penalty, interest and cost of advertising. Certificates of delinquency shall bear interest from the date of is suance until redeemed at a rate not exceeding IS per cent per annum. Alley, G.
