Newspaper Page TextDelinqoentTaiListMO This advertised list of delinquent taxes for the year 1910 is in pur suance of sn act of the State Legis lature. which is embodied in Chap' ter 275 of the GENERAL, LAWS OF THE ' 191 r SESSION. ' The taxes on the following ad vertised real property became delin ?uent on the Fourth day of April, 911, and are subject to a penalty ot 10 per cent and interest at th rate of 12 per cent per annum until thev shall have been paid. Any day after the expiration of six months alter the taxes charged against the following real property are delinquent, the bhenit is author ized to issue, to any one applying therefor, a certificate of delinquency upon payment of the taxes, penalty, interest and cost ot advertising. Certificates of delinquency shall bear interest from the date ot is suance until redeemed at a rate not exceeding 15 per cent per annum. Alley. G.
