Oa this day conies on for hearing tli. petition Steve Lamp Mid 1A othars, freeholders of the coHUtr residicg in the road district where said road is to be changed pray ing for a change in tbe county road as follows: Beginning at a pott marked A, set in the county road near the corner of Sees. 35 and 38, T. 5 X., R. 2 V., running thence in a northerly direction along the center of the county road as now trav eled a distance of 1325 feet, thence X. 4 degrees E., 100 feet; theuce U. 46 de grees 30 minutes E., 100 feet; thence X. 40 degrees 5 minutes E., 100 feet; thence S 31 degrees E., 100 feet; thence N. 14 degrees 10 minutes E., 100 feet; thence X. 5 degrees 15 minutes E., 1U0 feet; thence X. 5 degrees 25 minutes V 100 feet; thence X. 16 degrees 38 min ute V., 200 feet ; thence X. 22 degrees 62 minutes Y, 408 feet to the )i Sec. corner between Sees. 35 and 30, T. 5 N., R. 2 W.i thence X. 8 degrees W., 80 feet, to the center of the county road; thence northwesterly along the center of the present traveled county road to a stake marked R., set for the terminus of tbe Smith Road Survey.
