prevent any dirt getting into the milk.

Regin by drinking nearly a pint In
tha morning and the eame at night
and increase the quantity gradually so
that in 10 or IS daya a full quart will
ba taken twice a day. It ehould be
taken Immediately after milking, be
fore It hss had tims to eol any. All
should ba taken that can be without
too much discomfort, snd then rest
or 8 minutee and drink more and rest
again, and ao on until a full quart 'has
been taken aa soon as it can ba con
veniently. In about fifteen minutes
the patient shouM sat at the table rueb

When ths strlpplngs are not allowed
to cool below heat and taken Immedi
attly after it Is milked a full quart
will be transfused Into tbs circulation
in a remarkably short time.
I never bava seen a ease but could
take the etripplnge without any dis

directions were followed atrictly, al
though sums hsvs declared they could
not before trying it; but when they de

The great aecret of auccess with It is
In taking it immediately after milking
and not allowing it to cool below blood
beat, taking a full quart morning and
evening, that ia very rich.
