"For months Tux Miar bas urged the
importance of a board of trade or kin
dred organization at St. Helena. Clats
kaiiie bas a push clup and Rainier has
a board of trade ready to begin active
work. While a board of trade or pu.li
club is expected to work primarily for
tbe benefit of its own town, such organ
isations are in a position to materially
aid in matters of importance to the en
tire county. There are many things in
which the concerted action of tbe vari
pos boards of trade, might result to the
universal benefit of the people of the
entire county, Tjnleiis St. Helens has
inch an organisation the is placed at a
iaadvantage in the march of progress.
