land ha been changed. Hereafter
the eohedule will be a follow: The
Telephone and Potter will carry the
mail, on leaving each end of the
route every morning at 7 o'clock. The
Thorn peon and Qetcert will run a
night boat, one leaving eaoh end of
the route every night. By the new
eohedule neither of the four steamers
named will make a round trip in
twenty-four hour a heretofore.
Ticket are good on all four boat.

repair for her, but a committee should
be appointed by the town council to

Levi French, then a resident of Columbia
county, Oregon, died intestate in the county of
Multnomah ia aaid state, on the Uth dey of
March, 1M89:
That said French, at the time of hla death,
owned in fee all that portion of the following

all the foregoing facta, and he then gave leave

and employed Measra. Dillard ds Cole to asaiat
aaid distriot attorney herein, and asking judg
ment that said estase haa eecheated, and that
the State of Oregon be seined and possessed of
allot said property and directing the sheriff of
Columbia county, Oregon, to sell said real estate
and make return of his proceedings aooording
to law.
It Is hereby ordered that all persons Interested
in the estate of said Levi French, deceased, or
in aaid property, appear iu thla cause within
sixty days from the dale heveof and show cause,
if any they have, why title to all of aaid property
