Columbia County, Oregon, to show cause, if any ex ist, why a license should not be grant ed to said guardian for the sale of all of said real property of said minors, at private Bale; it appearing from said petition that it is necessary ami beneficial to said wards rnd their said estate and that it is expedient that said real property be sold: and that a copy of this order shall be published for three successive weekv in the St. Helens Mist, a weekly news paper regularly printed, puonshei nnd circulated in Columbia county, Oregon, and now specified by the Court us the proper paper in which to make such publication.
