Emmons and Margaret Emmons, and all persons interested in said estate, appear before the nbov. named County Court on Wednesday, September, 1, 1920, at one o'clock in the afternoon of said day, at the Court room of said Court, In the City of St. Helens. Columbia County, Oregon, to show cause, if any ex ist, why a license should not be grant ed to said guardian for the sale of all of said real property of said minors, at private Bale; it appearing from said petition that it is necessary ami beneficial to said wards rnd their said estate and that it is expedient that said real property be sold: and that a copy of this order shall be published for three successive weekv in the St. Helens Mist, a weekly news paper regularly printed, puonshei nnd circulated in Columbia county, Oregon, and now specified by the Court us the proper paper in which to make such publication.
