The United State Department of Ag riculture assisted the Census Bureau n preprrlng the questions on the ag riculture schedule and appeals to farmers everywhere to keen farm rec ords for census purposes. O. Stark weather. State Chairman and Dr. J. V. Morrow, National Committeeman, and several other lesser lights of Or egon's democracy. The Jackson Club Is arranging to hold & banquet at the Benson Hotel. A inn8g meeting of democrats will convene at the hotel at 10 o'clock A. M. Tho circular letter sent to the lead ers of tho party urge that the notjee be given the democrats throughout the state so that a large number will be present. "One purpose for which the mooting Is culled is to set the ma chinery in motion whereby we may be able to securo the nomination of a full Democratic ticket In every county of the stnto, and also a full slate ticket," the circular set forth.
