The Methodist church at Houlton has been shingled and other neces sary repairs made so that the house of worship is now more comfortable. Professor and Mrs. O. E. Mauthe Mrs. Carl Christensen visited with friends in Portland Thursday. Miss Amy George was a Portlani visitor Tuesday and Wednesday. Mrs. Harold P. Brougbton was a Portland visitor Tuesday. W. T.
