The state fair board cannot bor row money from banks with which to pay for construction of the second unit of the new coliseum at the state fair grounds, Assistant Attorney General Van Winkle holds in an opinion rendered at the request of Secretary A. H. Lee of the fair board. Sources from which the board would expect to pay back the money would be proceeds of the state fair and ap propriation of the legislature! but the fair would not yield an amount sufficient to pay the debt and to pro cure an appropriation from the leg islature It would be necessary for the emergency board to allow deficien cy appropriation. $5.00; J D McKay, $3.00: G B Mai loy, $3.00; Hazel West. $3.00; Lar uel McKay, $3.00.
