H. Stock In tho amount of $10 per month be und the same is hereby discontinued. On this day it is ordered by the Court that the County aid heretofore allowed Mrs. Anna Sandstrom in tho amount of $25.00 per month be and tho same is hereby discontinued. On this day it is ordered by the Court that a General Fund Warrant, in the amount of $15.00 be Issued in favor of C. V. Stillwell on the first day of each and every month here after until the further order of the Ceurt. On this day it is ordered by the Court that a General Fund warrant in tho amount of $15.00 be Issued in favor of Norman McComb as County aid and that a like warrant be drawn on the General Fund on the first day of each and every month there after until the further order of the Court. On this day the Report of the Road Viewers on the petition of A. Adams et al. for a County Road was read in open Court for the first time. On this day the report of the Road Viewers on the petition of E. N. Stone et al. for a County Road was read In open Court for the first time. On this day the report of the Road Viewers on the petition of A. L. Larson et al. for a County Road was read In open Court for the first time. On this 6th day of September, 1917, comes on for hearing the peti tion of J. V. McCalltsler et al. for a County Road, freeholders residing in the road district or road districts of the said proposed road, praying for the establishment of a County Road, described r.s follows: Beginning at the Sec. Cor. to Sees. 29, 30, 31 and 32, T. 5 N., R. 2 W.. thence north along sec. line between 29 and 30 app. 39S0 ft. thence to the right of sec. lino following best practical grade around hill and com ing back to section line nt l4 Cor. bet. 29 and 30, thence in a north westerly direction following present graded road as near as practical to a point app. 500 ft. west of Sec. Cor. 19, 20, 29 and 30, thence east to Sec. Cor. 19, 20, 29 and 30, thence east to Sec. Cor. 19, 20, 29 and 30, thence north to Sec. Cor. 17, 18, 19, 20, T. 5 N., H. 2 W. thereby con necting with County Road to Deer Island. Road to be 60 feet wide. And it satisfactorily appearing to the Court from the proof filed here in that due notice of the pendency of this proceeding has been given as by law required, and that twelve of the snld petitioners are legal free holders of this County, residing in the Road District or Districts of tho said proposed road, and that a gooil and sufficient ISond has been given and filed herein, It is therefore ordered by tho Court that the Board of County Road Viewers meet at the beginning point of tho said proposed road on tho 18th day of Sept., 1917, or on their failure to meet on said ibtc, then within five days thereafter, and pro ceed to view, lay out, survey and lo cate said proposed roadfl It is further ordered by the Court that Mr. H. On this day this matter coming on to bo heard upon the (second reading of tho report of the Hoard of Road Viewers, which said report was pub licly read on two different days of this term of the Court, and the Court being satisfied that Bald road will be of public use and benefit, and no remonstrance having been filed against the granting of the said road, and the report of the Viewers being favorable to the granting of said pe tition and the establishment of the said road, it is ordered by the Court that the report of the Viewers, sur vey, profile and plat bo recorded in ! On this day it is ordered by the Court that a General Fund Warraut In the amount of $150.00 bo drawn in favor of Mr. B. C. Wlthman as full compensation for right of way and all damages on account of the location of the G. W. Girt Road.
