County Court Proceedings Saturday, June 29, 14th Judicial Day. Court came pursuant to ajourn ment. . . . . Officers all present. Due proclamation being made the following proceedings were had: Hatter of Sealed Proposals for the couatructlon of a portion of the Ne halem and Mist-Clatskanie Highway In Columbia County. On this day sealed bids for con structing a portion of the Nehalem and Mist-Clatskanie Highway, as heretofore advertised for .being Up per Nehalem cut-off. Including a part mile 12, Miles 13 and 14, and a part of mile IS: Lower Nehalem cut-off. Including miles 1, 2, 3, and' a part of mile 4: and a portion of the Mist-Clatskanie highway, including a part of mile 2, 'miles 3 and 4 and a part of mile 6, were opened and examined by the Court being as follows: 8.
