Management Trainee - Career Field: Store Management (which can lead to
opportunities such as District Management, Marketing, Recruiting, New Store
Openings, Visual, Buying, Operational Trainers, and others.) The trainee is first
placed in what is known as a "Leadership Store" location. This is a high volume,
high exposure store with a very strong management team. The program is
designed around a 90 - day training plan that introduces the trainee to every aspect
ot our in-store experience. Visual presentation, marketing, recruiting, scheduling
as well as overall management skills are taught. The trainee learns by shadowing
different members of the stores' management team.
Software Engineering: Technical development environment includes Microsoft
Windows and browser clients with NT or Unix servers using current versions of
C++, MFC/ATL, SQL Server, COM, ActiveX, Visual Basic, XML. Quality
Assurance Engineer: Programming experience including Visual Basic, Perl,
TCL, C or C++ is strongly preferred. Experience with Solaris or other UNIX
variant is highly preferred. Experience with client/server applications and RDBMS
required. Business Coordinators: Responsible for managing Advent Custodial
Data (ACD) and Advent TrustedNetwork (ATN) data business. Client Services
Representative: provide critical customer service to clients by utilizing in-depth

onboard recent college graduates into a challenging rotational program that will

intensive orientation and training session, you will participate in a 4-week Sales
