Katie Miller Emerald Firefighters finish dousing a house at 543 Lawrence St. The house was engulfed in a fast-moving fire at 1:23 p.m., and within 20 minutes the Eugene Fire Department had it under control. Three male occupants in the house were evacuated with only minor injuries, and a pet iguana was saved. At least 11 people were displaced from their housing as a result of the damage.
