to expand the number of com
puters to fiO and by July t‘»9fi
they want to fill the spac e with
approximately 90 terminals.
The machines cart be used for
word processing and as a full
Internet connet lion. The com
puter lah is open during all hours
of library operation and is staffed
by reference librarians and stu
dent employees to assist com
puter users.
“It's a greet facility and its been
packed almost since day one,
since tb« word has gotten out to
students.” said Paul Frantz, coor
dinator of the iiitiimi.itinii 'I i-i li
nology Center.

ple to access computers, laser
printing, Internet connections
and e-mail at counts at no addt

many thousands of students there
are on campus, there is a short

said "We have a long wav to go."
