other speakers to a t Jniversily law
student groups' conference

ASFHP. a 107 percent increase
from this year's budget of $220.
The HSU received $12,101. a
15.2 percent increase from this
year's budget In lM2's IFC allo
cations. the BSU received a 0.7
percent decrease.
Leslie Warren, HSUpresident,
proposed and received an
increase in postage allocations.
The reason for an increase in
postage money is so the HSU can
print a newsletter.
Warren also said the group
would like to see a commence
ment exeri ise specifically for
African-American students.
The purpose of the com
mencement exercise is to help the
1 'niversitv retain more of its black
students, she said.
Although the commencement
exercise was not part of the BSU’s
budget request. IFC member
Lydia l.erma made a motion that
