tional session proposals for tlse UO MLK Conference on
January 21,1991.1 hts conference is the major element o. tlic
“recess from regular activities” on this federal holiday.

theme:
"To rededicatc commitment to civil rights, cultural
diversity, racial equality, and economic equity.”
Proposals must I* received by November 16, 1990, to be
considered for implementation by the MLKCC. The MLKOC
may lx- able to provide some limited assistance in obtaining
space, publicity, or audio s isual equipment.
