With buses running in all four
directions of Eugene/Springfield

students have their choice of
which state parks, rivers, reser
voirs, campgrounds and hot
springs to visit.
North: The No. 63 Coburg bus
leaves the orange section down
town six times a day, Monday
through Friday, and goes by
Armitagc State Park on the Mc
Kenzie River. Armitage has pic

overnight facilities. The ride
takes 15 minutes, but to get to
the park riders must walk across
Interstate 5. The inbound bus
stops outside the park exit.
South: The No. 26 Lane Com
munity College/Lowell bus
leaves the brown section down
town three times a day, Monday
through Friday, and runs along
Pearl and Amazon streets on its
way out of town. The route cir

its direction, and stops outside
Jasper Park, which is located on
the water and has picnic tables
and softball fields.
This bus also stops by Elijah
