Hansen currently serves on the Economic Diversification Team and the Lane Transit District budget committee and has served on numerous city committees. Sowards, who campaigned heavily at the University, said she was disappointed in the poor voter turnout at the University Voter turnout at the University, which com prises a good portion of Ward 4, could have been higher if the candidates in the hotly contested gubernatorial race had campaigned on campus more, Sowards said Sowards, a partner in Business Development Associates, said she'll campaign for state Rep.
