To find authentic
barbeque ribs,
you can drive
to San Francisco.
Or go to
Kan rrancisco nas some
famous downtown saloons. j
They are elegant, yet
comfortable, too. A couple \
like the Tirehouse" and the ,
"Smokepit" are renowned for
barbeque ribs.
Not the kind found in a fast
food outlet. But the kind of
ribs calling for a generations
old southern recipe.
Add all this up and you have
the very inspiration for Perry's
on Pearl.
Perry's ribs are extra-large beef
short ribs, not bare bones.
They, along with barbeque
pork back ribs and Oregon
grown chicken, are hickory
smoked and basted with a
spiey wcsicm-siyic udiuci^uc
sauce during the cooking
process.
\ Your first bite will signal your
taste buds that this is "Hog
Heaven". And you will be ready
for more.
Each order comes with baked
beans, creamy cole slaw and
homemade combread.
So the next time you or your
family want a dinner of
authentic barbeque ribs, you
have two choices. Drive to San
I Francisco. Or go to Ferry's on
j Pearl . . . the best place north
1 of the Golden Gate serving
i authentic barbeque ribs.
