He will examine the art, culture and origin of the Etrus cans, who lived on the central Italian penninsula during the time of the Romans, and will discuss their contribution to Roman culture. Grant, now retired and living in Italy near the center of an cient Etruria, is the author of 28 books, many on Roman history.
