University promulgates
amendment alterations
The University is proposing
adoption of four amendments to
permanent rules, including an
amendment which establishes
procedures for commercial
solicitation at the University's
family housing areas.
The amendments will go into
effect after filing with the Office
of the Secretary of State after
the close of the public comment
period Oct. 15.
Under the proposed amend
ment to the University’s rule on
commercial solicitations and
transactions, persons wishing
to solicit door-to-door in the
Amazon and Westmoreland
family housing areas must com
plete a request-to-solicit form at
the area office each year.
Solicitations will be limited to
once per term.

amendments, the fines and
