The program, which is part of the Department of Housing and Community Development, previously had offices at 170 East 11th St in Eugene The Housing Counseling Pro gram offers a variety of services to assist low income people in finding adequate housing in the area These services include information and counseling on landlord tenant laws, informa tion on tenant and landlord re sponsibilities. concern for the special needs of handicapped persons and senior citizens, rental housing referral, home buying and financing and relat ed housing and social services Listing on available rental un its are updated daily and contain information such as size of units, costs, restrictions on pets and children, and the date available for occupancy For additional information contact Jay Montgomery.
